Looking for a gentle way to connect with your body? 

Exhale to Inhale offers free weekly yoga classes for all students, faculty & admin staff at York College!


These 45-minute yoga classes are beginner friendly and center around a weekly theme that will allow you to check-in with your stress levels, reconnect with your body, and empower you to make movement-based choices. 


To join class this fall semester, click ‘YORK <> Exhale to Inhale - Fall Yoga Series’ and review the class schedule for this semester. Then register for the series in order to get reminders and updated class information every week. While you are encouraged to join all 12 classes, attendance is not mandatory.
