Exhale to Inhale offers free weekly yoga classes for all students, faculty & admin staff at CCNY!
These 45-minute yoga classes are beginner friendly and center around a weekly theme that will allow you to check-in with your stress levels, reconnect with your body, and empower you to make movement-based choices.
