Join us at York College this Fall!
These 45-minute yoga classes center around a weekly theme: Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness, to cultivate a focus throughout practice. Although the curriculum is progressive, you are welcome to join class during any stage throughout the semester. Our classes are beginner-friendly!
Times: Thursdays from 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm
Dates: September 4th to November 20th***
**Class is cancelled on Oct 2nd and Oct 9th - You will receive a 30 min yoga video to practice at home instead
Where: Meditation Room AC-3H13 (Campus Map)
