Join us at Queens College this Fall!
These 45-minute yoga classes center around a weekly theme: Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness, to cultivate a focus throughout practice. Although the curriculum is progressive, you are welcome to join class during any stage throughout the semester. Our classes are beginner-friendly!
Times: Mondays from 12pm - 12:45pm
Dates: September 8th - November 24th**
**No classes on Sept 22, Oct 13th and October 20 - yoga videos will be sent via email
Where: James Muyskens Conference Room (Queens Campus Map)***
***Classes on Sept 29 & Nov 17 will be at the President’s Conference Room in the Library
Other notes:
Wear comfortable clothing
Mats will be provided
