Join us at Pace University this Fall! 


These 45-minute yoga classes center around a weekly theme: Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness, to cultivate a focus throughout practice. Although the curriculum is progressive, you are welcome to join class during any stage throughout the semester. Our classes are beginner-friendly! 


Times: Wednesdays from 12:15pm - 1pm

Dates: September 10 to December 3rd***

PLEASE NOTE: Not all students have access to this building with your swipe cards so if you are planning to attend, please RSVP on SetterSync or with the Corq app by 11am on the day of so that your name is given to security.
